Boring, District Attorney Plaintiff Vs NINETY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN DOLLARS $90,947 U.S. Currency No. CV-2020-7 NOTICE OF SEIZURE AND FORFEITURE TO: RAY ALLEN PYLES Any other owner, claimant, or other party in interest You are hereby notified that in accordance with the provisions of Title 63, Oklahoma Statutes, Sections 2-503 through 2-506, as amended, the State of Oklahoma has seized and intends to forfeit the above mentioned money: $90,947. Said money was on or about January 22, 2020, in the possession of one Ray Allen Pyles, during a period when he was violating the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substance Act, by unlawfully possessing, transporting and concealing money that was derived from illegal drug activity or to be used to pay the costs and expenses for purchasing, selling, and transporting illegal drugs in violation of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substance Act, 63 O.S. 2-503 et seq, (see Texas County Case CF-2020-22). The owner, claimant or other party in interest may file a verified answer and claim to said money within forty-five (45) days after the mailing or publication of this notice.
